This blog will help you set goals for better health.  Often we don’t realize that before we have a chance to conceive of a goal, we convince ourselves we will fail, especially with weight loss, exercise, quitting smoking and so on. On HealthAchievements.com we encourage you to explore what you are truly capable of.  No matter how many times you tried and failed a health goal, that doesn’t mean you can’t succeed now—because chances are you didn’t really have a goal, just the thing everyone is supposed to try to do.  Be healthier, we all know we should.  That’s not personalized to you. Learn your own reasons for setting goals that really matter and then you’ll reach them.  Take it one thing at a time: you may decide to loose weight, but not quit smoking.  That’s ok:  What matters is one goal at a time, and achievement of it.
